🕓 Arrival & Departure
What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 3:00 PM.
We operate a self check-in system. After payment, you will receive detailed instructions by email or phone.
If you arrive later than 9:00 PM, please move quietly in public areas to respect other guests.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM
Before departure, please:
• Follow the check-out instructions, or
• Order cleaning service in advance.
Guest information and prices
🧹 Cleaning
If you prefer to leave the cottage without cleaning it yourself, you can book final cleaning in advance:
• Hirvi (big cottage) – 110€
• Kettu cabins – 75€
• Camping cabins – 41€
Please book cleaning in advance.
If we receive complaints from other guests about cleanliness in common areas, or if excessive mess is found after your stay, double Big cottage cleaning fee will be charged.
🛏 Bed Linen & Towels
We rent bed linen and towel sets for guests for 10€ per person.
You are also welcome to bring your own.
Please use blankets and pillows with care.
👨👩👧 Additional Guests
• Extra adult: 30€ per person per night
• Child: 12€ per child per night
(Child is the one who needs own bed, usually around school age, than we provide extra foldable beds)
Please select additional guests during booking.
🐾 Pets
Pets are very welcome! 🐕
Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with pets.
• Pet cleaning fee: 25€ per stay
We kindly ask all guests to treat the cottages and village premises with care.
• ♻️ Please separate garbage — be green!
• 👟 Remove shoes before entering the house.
• 🐾 If traveling with pets, clean their paws before entering.
• 🍽 Wash dishes and cutlery carefully.
• 🔥 Clean the barbecue after use:
• Empty ash and coal into the METAL bucket
• Clean the grill grate
• 🧼 Clean kitchen surfaces and floors thoroughly.
• 🪟 Remove any fingerprints, nose prints, or marks from glass and furniture.
• 🛋 Use furniture, décor, and equipment responsibly.
• ❗ If something is lost, broken, or damaged, please inform us and cover replacement/repair.
• 🚭 Smoking inside the cottages is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation terms
The reservation can be canceled in writing (by e-mail or via the reservation platform).
• More than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation price is charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
The cancellation is considered received when the notification has arrived.
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 days, however within 15 days at the latest.
We recommend travel insurance to customers in case of cancellations.

Guests can use our Big Sauna:
• Evening sauna 7pm – 10pm (shared): 10€ per guest
• Private sauna (3 hours): 120€ per group 6-8 guests.
Advance reservation required.
📶 WiFi
• Free WiFi is available at the Reception and café area
• Portable WiFi rental: 3€ per day
🔥 Charcoal
Charcoal for grilling: 9€ per bag
🚣 Equipment Rental
• Boat – 30€ / day
• Canoe – 30€ / day
• Kayak – 20€ / day
• SUP board – 30€
• Motor (Suzuki 2.5 hp) – 50€/ day
• Damage deposit: €50
